Proud Mama of Many Stinkers

Published by Brillig at 11:36 pm under yup-I'm a mom

Just had to share our most recent photo of the kiddlings.

It totally makes me laugh, because it’s really not all that good of any of them. But no one was crying, no one was falling of the table, or picking their noses, or anything. So, it was considered a great success.  Awwww, I love my little stinkers.

How could you not? They’re just brim full of personality. And being cute is a nice bonus. =)

You have the most beautiful children on earth. Especially that cute Fuzzles! Good pic. Wishing you a great week my friend!

You know you’re a mother when you are content with the photo as long as they all have their eyes open and are at the very least looking up. Beautiful, even if it’s not the ‘perfect’ photo. :D

What a great photo! I always admire photographers for children…the photographer really need lots of luck to take photos of kids especially babies….you never know what they’ll do next!

Fantastic shot! They are just sooooooo cute!

    haha, they’re all adorable!!!!

With that many people in a picture, you take what you can get. Maybe not the greatest one ever of any single one, but an amazing feat when you consider how many people of fragile temperment are in the same shot and all smiling!!!!

But still…adorable. I REALLY need to get the kids in for their picture, but we’re going to do a family picture this time and I won’t do it until I get a hair cut! haahahah!

Awww. They are too cute. They got all that from you right?

Everyone looking in the right direction, sounds like a winner to me. It’s a cute shot I think. It helps that they are cute kids :o)

It’s the perfect family group shot. And it looks so retro, somehow; maybe it’s the light. Love it!

Awww! I thought it was hard getting the twins to both look forward and smile at the same time (we have several crazy holiday pictures) but uhh I imagine it’s much harder for you. Fuzzles, “surprised” expression is priceless
    Beautiful family!

Adorable picture and… your oldest son could be the spitting image of my best friend when he and I were that age.

I can’t even fathom what it takes to get FOUR little one’s to get to the point where “no one was crying, no one was falling of the table, or picking their noses, or anything.” Kudos to you! Great picture.

  17. LawyerMamaon 19 Nov 2007 at 2:16 pm

They’re adorable. AND they’re all looking in the same direction. Bonus points!

Aww. Cute kids. I adore the expression on the boy on the right. Classic.

Oh my goodness! At first I thought this was a picture from the past. Your little girl looks so much like you! I really thought she was you. Then I took a look at the rest in the photo and realized this is a picture of your beautiful children. Truly wonderful picture.

I forgot to mention how grown up fluffy looks in this picture!

They all look like priceless treasures to me. We have quite an event just getting our two grandchildren to both stop moving, look happy (and interested) at one time for a snapshot. I give loud applause to those valiant photographers who take on child photography–they must be made of solid timber!

    Great picture–thanks for sharing.

They are adorable!! I can’t believe they are all looking in the same direction and have their eyes open. Yay!

Very cute stinkers. When we go for these photo ops, the photog is always trying to get artifical likenesses of the kids. I just go for them looking like themselves.

  26. jenn in hollandon 20 Nov 2007 at 3:58 pm

I love your little stinkers too. It’s really something seeing them all together like that. Did you realize you have FOUR children? F.O.U.R.
    Wow, lady.
The awesomeness of Brillig just ratcheted up a notch seeing them all together like this. And in cute Christmas red, to boot.
    Yeah, you rock.

  27. Kateastropheon 20 Nov 2007 at 6:19 pm

I love that every one of your kids is showing their true personality in that picture. HAhaha. I miss those little stinkers! Can’t wait to see them at Christmastime!

So cute! I just did the portrait thing last weekend. It’s not easy getting them all to smile at once!

  30. Stairlifton 22 Nov 2007 at 11:13 pm

It is a very natural shot, doesn’t looked posed and it looks like it just captured a moment - but wow, four kids? Very cute!! LOL

  31. Adriaon 24 Nov 2007 at 11:56 pm

If most of mine are looking at the camera, I consider it a success.

It’s a lovely photo; they are adorable.
