NaBlo-Kiss-My-PoMo

Published by Brillig at 11:15 pm under Blogginess

In the absence of having anything else to say, I’m going to post the picture I took when I was running errands with Scooby today (the other kids were at home with their dad) and I saw a photobooth— something I have a very strange weakness for— and I made Scooby take pics with me. Here they are. Ain’t he cute? (Now, if only his mom could lose about fifty pounds in her face alone…)

And that, my friends, counts as a post— amd JUST in the knick of time! Tomorrow we’ll have fun with Soap Opera Sunday, so go hang out at our Guest Host Jenn in Holland’s site. Woohoo!

Scooby was very nice to humour you, wasn’t he? That hair cut is so flattering on you! I was, admittedly, worried when you chopped it off, but it looks amazing. And I love the impishness in your looks. You look happy. =)

I love photobooth strips! They have such a “classic” feel to them.

    This one is adorable.

And so, my crush on you deepens….

I love photo booths, and funny faces.
I think your funny face is fabulous.

    I also like alliteration.

Awww, that’s a treasure. And you look great.

Funny photo booth story: Before my mission, I had my own apartment in New Jersey and worked in Manhattan. I had to submit a photo with my mission application, but I didn’t have a camera, and I was too busy during the work week to have Patrick take a picture of me.

There was a photo booth in the bus station at the George Washington Bridge, so one day after work, I popped in, put in my quarters, and got some photos to submit. I remember thinking that my little strip would certainly be unusual.

Months later, I found out that mine were NOT the most unusual photos submitted. One of my MTC companions had taken a formal prom photo, cut out her date (except his arm around her shoulders), and submitted the long, skinny remnant with her application. She was a riot.

I love the pics! Of both of you. And if you think YOU ran out of nablopomo material, I had to resort to penises and bank accounts today.
